Had a really nice day. Took the dogs for a long walk this morning. Went out for a pub lunch today, had to guess how much i had. Only had hunters chicken and sweet potato fries. I even said no to dessert.

Sounds great. .. no desert .. I know that's not easy. I've done it several times do I know how tempting it can be. Keep going you deserve it.

Thank you, Mrs M. I am out for a meal on Saturday as we have family visiting. So I might have a treat then, I will still look at the healthy options though.

I usually have a spoonful of Mike's dessert. I started finding that most of them were too sweet to eat a whole one, and I've kind of lost the taste for them. That's really weird for me, as I was always someone who looked at the dessert options before choosing the rest of the meal. Also some of the chain restaurants can provide sheets that tell you how many calories are in their food. One slice of chocolate gateau came out at 800 calories. Scary or what? But anyway, if it's a treat for you, enjoy it!
