Insomnia usually leads to a ravenous appreciate. I will not let this stop me. 40 minute treadmill 4 mph @ 3 degree incline at 3:14 am. Packed my lunch and plan on another 40 minute walk at lunch. I also plan on doing some more dumbell presses tonight before dinner.

Thanks Chica. I hope so as well. So the hunger beast is now alive. I had my planned lunch for breakfast 7:20 AM and will ONLY have coffee and cream between now and dinner. Still plan on getting in my walk and weights before I break the fast. Try, Fail and adjust.

Thanks moma, Bill, Kes & Janj and Chica again. Already at 9540 steps and I still haven't gone for my lunch walk. Today is going to be AWESOME... On a roll!!!

Night time is MY hardest. I eat most of my food at night and schedule my food intake to fit that terrible need I have to indulge at night. I will try that maybe and see if it works for me. Thank you for sharing.
