Was all set for my morning walk, but the rain started while I was at the filling station, so it was home, car in garage and in out of the weather. I will possibly get a walk later on today.
As of today I am resuming my 16:8 regime. First feed at 10:00 and last before 18:00. I am normally done my meals by 18:00, even when working. Anything I consume after that is just extra nibbles and not required.
If I can stick to 16:8, RDI and reduced Carbs, then the weight should soon start to shift.

I try to keep my Carb intake to 30% of my daily figure. This is in line with what people ate at the start of the 20th Century. Before the onset of world obesity.

Well, I stuck to my 16:8 but my calories are at 155% and my Carbs at 35%. Tomorrow is always another day! And a weigh in day!!!

Windlepoones: I don't do Low Carbs High Fat. Tried it years ago and found the side effects outweighed the advantages. I do Reduced Carbs. I try to keep my Carbs down to 30% of my daily intake. As I said above, after reading Gay Taubes book, "The Diet Delusion", I decided that this figure would get me back to what was eaten before the onset of World Obesity.

I am only reducing my carbs too, especially sugar. Well apart from an apple a day.

My weakness is the odd apple and tangerines. Mind you, it is better a piece of fruit than sugar in your coffee.
