Didn't go for my morning walk as it is raining. I don't mind the cold but I don't like walking in the rain. As a Scot, you'd think my webbed feet were meant for walking in the rain.
Day two of my two day fast. I just hope it goes better than yesterday's fiasco. I should get my curry tonight.

As a total aside. Why are UK drivers so rubbish at using their indicators/turn signals? There is nothing worse than sitting at a roundabout, waiting on a queue of cars, and they all turn into your road without a signal among them. I find it even more aggravating now I am driving the manual transmission. At least with the Automatic transmission, as soon as the first one started to turn, you could just squirt and go.

lol...and I thought it was only the big posh expensive cars that didn't have indicators ;) Surprised you haven't got proper wet weather gear, living up there. I just persuaded my daughter to spend some of her premium bond winnings on a decent pair of wellies. She lives in Edinburgh. Good luck with your fast!

I have plenty wet weather gear. It is just going for a walk when it is raining seems pointless. I would happily play two rounds of golf in heavy rain, but a 10 minute walk. No thanks.

Quite agree with you JockoT, walking in the rain is rather a pointless exercise, getting wet and cold, and as a bonus, sopping wet doggies covered in mud.
