Another good night and I feel good this morning. My weight is down 4lb since yesterday so it looks like I was due a whooosh. I still managed to consume more calories than I burnt, yesterday, but the ratios were a bit better. Not such a dependency on Carbs.

That's an amazing loss, Jocko! I don't think I've ever lost that much in one day. Keep going with the carb cutting :)
