Woke at 206.2, down 3.2 from yesterday and I think my lowest waking weight this year. Very successful recovery from last weekend's Easter indulgences. For the new month, I am going to do LCHF "lite" with macro gram targets of 100 fat, 50 net carbs, and 150 protein for a total of 1700 calories per day. That bumps me up 45 per day from last month as a nice bonus! Have a great April, everyone!

Hey Bill, Pam, Jim, and SS, I've already started a high calorie keto month, targeting 7000 calories a day, all from coconut oil and coffee, zero carbs. I'm really excited to see how it turns out... :-)
