Woke at 207.4, down .8 from yesterday. Teleworking today with a doctor's appointment in the middle of the day. Targeting 1400 calories to get back on my 1655 per day average for this month. Knock on wood, but I think I've found the sweet spot for calorie intake versus calorie burn.
