Woke at 216.6, down 4.0 from yesterday. Finished 16:8 IF but have to run out and take some photos of a boat I'm going to donate to charity, so won't get a chance to do my workout. Denise is going to the Middle Eastern Store in Alexandria, Virginia, today so we get a nice old world feast tonight before I do my clear liquid fast tomorrow.
