So Happy New Year all. I'm kicking off the diet (like I did last year when I joined Fat Secret) with Dry January - no booze for a month (well from today actually as I cheated at the weekend)..So roll on February the 1st! LOL

I'm hoping to lose the 3lbs I gained over the holiday in January - and then either lose a tiny bit more or just hold steady the rest of the year. I'm feeling pretty happy in my skin right now. How are you all faring? Any new goals?

I hope you all had a good holiday.

Good start for you! Unfortunately I won't be joining you....I very rarely drink...can't even imagine where my scales would hide if I did!!!! I'm back to walking in the morning and evening and strictly watching my food...here we go again!

I will attempt to join you, but zero alcofrollis going to be a nightmare. I only drink a glass or 3 on a weekend anyhow, sometimes not at all as it is a treat for me.

I do hate not drinking, I'm only a weekend drinker too - but I love it!! I do dry january to prove I can (!) and to lose the weight faster! I find I drink more coffee though, I obviously need stimulants ha!

I've given up drinking tea during the day...hoping the lesser calories from the oat milk I drink in it will also help with weight loss...every little bit helps!

hmm, I am thinking of switching from the first morning coffee to lemon water for a detox. I can then fool myself into believing that the stimulant of coffee and drink will have a better effect at the end of the month, and give myself something to look forward to :)

Cool I too will be dry till February if not January. I have 8lbs to go and I will no longer be FAT and 10lbs to my target, which may move a few more pound depends on how easy / difficult I find it. Good luck guys,speak to you soon.
