Yay am delighted blood type diet is MADE for ME 🥳🥳🥳🥳
78.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Not daft at all it’s a rather unorthodox approach to dieting not many agree with but it seems to work for me back back in 2009 I suffered a major accident that changed my life forever deep depression and other issue ( family ) I hit rock bottom and gained 20 kgs so went on the south beach diet got the book stuck with it weighing meat the cook stuck with the instructions and I ate alone away from temptation start of the diet weighing 80kgs 2 weeks later I ballooned to 88kgs wish pushed me to my edge hit rock bottom I knew then protein doesn’t agree with me or something isn’t right I went to a dietician she suggested I look into the blood type diet she said I must find other sources of protein other than meat chicken ( white meat no more than 80g) daily tofu or cheese is fine lentils etc according to the blood type diet my blood type is A + my body metabolise it better so I went on it by 2010 was down to 60 kgs and felt great but I didn’t take vitamins & was left with deficiency This time round I am doing the same but taking vitamin D & a good multivitamin Am having chicken today for my second meal but only 70g of it in a sandwich I stoped eating lamb completely hope this helps ♥️♥️♥️ A

Nadia, thanks for answering me! Wow, honestly I can't say that I've heard of this blood type diet, but it does sound interesting. I think I've tried every single diet in my lifetime, therefore it shocks me if something new pops up that I don't know about. 😄 I'm going to look into it! I hope it works out for you and I agree, a good multivitamin never hurts!

It works wonders for me am not dieting at all doesn’t feel like it I enjoy almost everything other than Meat so pleased with it
