Hope ur keeping well Heather well done for putting in the effort 

I am nadia, thank u, been quiet for a while had some medical things to sort, but it's only me that can try and reduce the kidney decline with a better diet at the min it's OK but not doing as well as it should, hope ur doing OK?? I do miss u all xx
