Woke at 237.8, up 1.7 from yesterday. Today is a liquid fast. Fasting two days a week is working out for me. Last week, I averaged 1725 calories per day, the first time in memory I have hit or exceeded my calorie goals over an entire week. UPDATE: Down to 237.4 by 5 pm.
