Woke at 238.1, up 1.8 from yesterday’s Christmas celebration. Today begins the recovery but we will be going out for seafood tonight while Em is in town.

I love seafood. My favorite protein. I am already tired of the wild-out-of-control holiday eating I've been doing but won't get serious until probably January 2. Maybe. LOL.

Well, I just had some lunch of some ham and some of that wonderful, spinach and egg bake that Denise made. The house is still full of sweets, but I’m gonna let everyone else eat that.
