Got home from Pennsylvania today at noon. Despite not eating this morning, I weighed 233.8. Lots of water weight from two large meals yesterday. I fasted until dinner and got to 233.0. We’re going out for an anniversary dinner tonight so one more meal out and then back to business this next week.
