Woke at 229.8, down 2.8 from yesterday. Pretty much went carnivore yesterday with roast beef for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I did have a wrap and some broccoli with it. Happy Sunday!

Sounds like you did great! I lost over a pound from cutting back on salt. Need to keep at it. Hope it sticks.

Carnivore meals sure do help the insulin from not spiking! I do a mixture of low carb and carnivore meals. Nice drop, Draglist!
