I am currently aiming for 82% RDI but today was a bad day, and I scraped in at 98%.
Must try harder tomorrow.

Made a good start, with All Bran and Alpro Unsweetened Almond for breakfast.

Kind of shot myself in the foot by having 2 rolls, Christmas sausage stuffing, butter, crisps and then creamer in my coffee! 837 calories for lunch. Better tighten my belt for the rest of the day! Tomorrow and Thursday are my 70% RDI days so they will be even harder.

I wouldn't worry so much, as long as it is below your RDI then it is a plus. Just try walking a little more today. You are actually loosing weight at the ideal prescribed weight loss.
