Well, I dropped 3-1/2 lbs from yesterday. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day so I'll see where I end up.

I did my early morning work-out today. It was a leg day. I did leg presses, calf presses, romanian deadlifts, leg extensions, abductors and adductors. I skipped the hamstring curls since the deadlifts work the hamstring as well. I also skipped the intervals since my legs were feeling the weight.

Tomorrow morning off to the ortho so no workout. Staying on the same diet though.

How is your hamstring these days? Yes, deadlifts do stress it. Great job on the loss - we knew you would be back down in no time!

I think you'll be another couple of pounds down tomorrow. Hope so, anyway!!

HCB - My hamstring was doing good until the vacation. All of the driving I did aggravated it. I'm working on strengthening it so it will probably be a little sore as I even out the strength between he left and right side. Thanks for asking.
