Woke at 231.7, down 1.1 from yesterday. These were hard-earned few pounds. 3000 plus calorie burn for two days limited to less than 1000 calories each day. I hope that's not what I have to continue! 😀 Seriously, this weekend got me back on track with my calorie target goal for the month.
