I've added weight training back into my mix. I'm looking at one body part per day, around three exercises per day. Added to that is a session of HIIT.
This morning I did my back. I followed up with a 10 minute session on the ladder, 1 minute hard and 1 minute recovery. My total time in the gym was 36 minutes.
To go with the new exercise I have decreased my carbs and upped my fats. I'll see how this new pattern works for me over the next couple of weeks.
Good luck to everyone on their journey!

Hi Ed. The macros I'm shooting for now are 35-45-20 P-F-C. I'm not changing up my protein level, just switching out some carbs for fat since I'm not running at the moment. It's just an experiment to see if I can get my weight loss going while I'm doing hamstring rehab.

Awesome. From your post I was concerned ;)
I had 14 months of therapy for my left leg, 22 years ago. Lost a knee in a freak accident. My hamstring was torn and healed wrong. I feel your pain brother honestly.
