Woke at 231.3, down .4 from yesterday. Got to 230.6 by lunchtime. Going to hold off a little while longer before eating. I was very successful in doing OMAD yesterday. UPDATE: Held off eating lunch until 3:30 today and then did a bit of dinner at 6:30. It worked out great as I got to 228.2 before dinner.
