Woke at 212.8 after 7.5 hours of sleep. Started moving significant water overnight so that's good. Will drink a lot of tea today to keep that process going. Targeting 1967 calories today. Will record my weigh in tonight. UPDATE: Fitbit ran out of batteries, so did pre-dinner weigh in on my old sliding bar scale (which always weighed a bit lighter). Got 211.0. Will eat first and then do a workout. Not going to kill myself for a few pounds one way or the other by working out before dinner.
