Woke at 222.1, down 5.3 from yesterday. Yesterday was a strange day, I was in deep ketosis based on my sense of smell. I had eaten only 70 grams of carbs the day before. I was moving a lot of water as well. But I ate quite a lot last night. I was surprised at this waking weight.
