Woke at 224.8, down .7 from yesterday. Day two of protein, nuts, and veggies. UPDATE: My body cleaned itself out today and I lost a ton of weight before dinner. Got to 222.3. I have had a cold since the weekend. But I tested for COVID on Saturday and today and was negative.
