Woke at 219.9, down 1.0 from yesterday. UPDATE: The waking weight was today's low. Tomorrow morning, Denise and I are taking the train to New York City for a long weekend of Broadway and dinners out. I'll probably put on a few, but will get them back off after I return. I will certainly get a lot of steps!
