Thanks. We shared this among a table of five so we each had a little bit of each dish (although the paella was anything but little). The only issue was I had to wrestle those lobster claws that were pretty slippery. A trip to the restroom to wash my hands after that! First world problems...

Ahhh! It's been ages since I had Maine lobster. I'm very envious!

Paella is one of my favorite dishes. I would rather eat that than some of the so-called fancier food, and lobster makes it special. We normally make it with chicken, chorizo, fish, and generally crab, shrimp, and scallops. My wife bought me a large paella pan several years ago, and just put it on top of our gas stove. I've often been tempted to make a fire outside and do it the traditional way. Hope you enjoyed the paella.

I certainly did, Bionici! I think you would find this place totally legit. When the weather is a little better, they do it outside on a huge open pit fire. My memory tells me the paella pans are as wide as my arm span, but I may be exaggerating. This was absolutely delicious. Your recipes sound amazing.

Yep, the real paella pans can be 5 - 6 feet across.
