Woke at 221.6, down 2.1 from yesterday. Came into work today so I ate breakfast of two hard boiled eggs and a protein shake to get protein. Drinks and dinner about 4. UPDATE: Pushed off dinner and drinks until 6.

Actually it wasn’t until 6 o’clock at the end of the day. But it was nice. I actually drink some draft beer and ate a corned beef sandwich at an Irish pub. Fun catching up with an old friend.
