OK that was on pound down. Not stellar progress. But I am not in a rush.

We were not quite done with Christmas as we got to celebrate according to the orthodox calendar as well with the traditional 12 dishes of Christmas eve. It was so great.

I am keeping up with my workouts. Doing strength exercises, running and walking. I am pretty happy with how that is right now.

For strength I am working on my January goals. To get stronger and improve on these baselines
10 pushups
90 seconds plank
15 lunges (up down with 8 lbs weights)
1 crow (yoga position... not sure I will do this one beyond a second)

Weather has been nice as I am experiencing my first BC mountain and lake living. A bit grey and mild. It is nice to run around here. I love being watched by deer. I run to a little creek about 4 kilometers away

Beautiful! I didn’t know you moved to BC- now we’re in the same province 🙌 1 pound down in a week sounds pretty good to me, I’m not sure I’ll hit that this week

great to have those goals! I'm working on squat thrusts and bench step-ups without needing to use a stick for balance, mountain climbers, and speed skater side lunges. Every new thing feels so awkward at first! But then your body learns, and pretty soon you have to look for the new challenge. Keep going on your healthy journey.
