Woke at 227.3, up .7 from yesterday. Added to that was a cinnamon roll, chocolate cake, and an Italian dinner out with spaghetti. Got to 227.0 by 3 pm when I broke a fast with some BBQ pork rinds. Sausage and peppers for dinner. Tomorrow starts full recovery mode! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
