Weekly Recap: Lost 1.0 pound this week and hit 133.2, for a total of 3.7 lbs. since Dec. 1st.🙂 BMI is currently 22.2%

Trying to be more mindful of when I'm full. The meal that I can cut calories without shorting myself of nutrients is breakfast. Typically I'll eat 2-3 pieces of fresh fruit over the course of 1-2 hours, but after experimenting, I found that I'm sated (not full, but fine) with just 1 piece.

Also been doing Kundalini yoga this week before breakfast; I like starting my day with it. It focuses on the spine, a priority after 2 sciatic issues this year.

Today I'm going hiking in the canyon, and I already did my resistance band routine.

Only 7 workout days left in 2022. Pushing to end the year at 129.9 lbs. This may be a bit of a stretch, but the least I can do for my body is finish the year strong.💪🏻👁️🏆

@Sis: I did a couple of studio classes first and then streamed the instructor's videos. It's more helpful IMO to do in-person so you can get touch corrections to your form.

Celebrating the season, not using it as an excuse to binge eat this year. ☪️😊

Yes, I would definitely prefer in-person to make sure of proper form. Thanks for the advice and I'll see you on New Year's Day for my weight-in too!

Yes justbananas I'm mastering great with the portion control, I just have to master the movement of these knees more, but its cool I'm in this for the long haul and I'm not trying to compete with anyone, I'm just trying to win the race, the scale is moving slowly but I'm definitely happy with the inches coming off.
