Woke at 209.0 as the carbs and sodium are doing their water thing. Lunch out today and dinner out tonight. Possible weigh in back in the green zone temporarily tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how quickly I can get back to the 190s starting on Monday.

It has been a few weeks sense I've seen the scale move. But, after reading, adjusting and being faithful ..I lost 3.3 lbs. this week I'm so excited. Was about to change programs. I still have my bulletproof every morning but, have cut the oils in half and having almond milk. For me it worked. I'm going on 69 and very inactive. Still getting plenty of fat.and staying on my IF Program...Have a Happy Easter Everyone

Enjoy your Easter weekend! I know I will! You are the FS Warrior! You know how to work it! We will both have to go back to the grind and detox next week. I am betting some other folks will have that same issue :)
