Woke at 219.8, up 4.2 from yesterday. I ate almost 4000 calories on a completely unrestricted Thanksgiving day. I got it all out of my system in one day and I’m back to low carb today. UPDATE: Went out and did some yard work and came back in at 217.9. Got some good cardio based on my Fitbit.
