Woke st 220.3, down 2.3 from yesterday. Day 2 of November FMD. UPDATE: Down to 218.6 by 7 pm. I knew I had lost some weight because I had to keep leaving the class I was reviewing every 20 minutes! Luckily, I finally cleared out the water before having to ride the bus home!
