These work out great as they provide a ton of bulk for just a few calories, allowing for some flexibility later.

I love BIG salads. With olives and romaine especially.

So am I right that you only use olive oil on the salad? No vinegar? Do the olives add a “brineyness” to the salad so you don’t need vinegar?

Love big salad, with a right dressing, it's super satisfying.

Good morning! I prefer olive oil alone although I’ll use balsamic vinegar now and then. I also use Walden Farms sugar free dressings, which are excellent in my opinion for zero calories. The green olives are always a treat.
