Woke at 219.5, up 1.0 after lunch out and some late-night drinks yesterday. I am going to restart the FMD for a few days, possibly through the end of the month. UPDATE: Down to 219.0 by dinnertime. I'm in FMD mode through the end of the month, come what may.
