Woke at 218.0, down 2.4 from yesterday's waking weight. I got to 217.2 before dinner yesterday and down to 217.1 before lunch today. Ate a huge salad for lunch that I didn't finish until 5 pm! Weighed 217.3 before dinner. That's more like it.
