How sweet! 

That's so sweet of them. I'd have thrown some money at them for their thoughtfulness 😁 

Kroger had fresh pineapples for $1.88 each yesterday, so I got two. Nice and fresh! (The way to pick a good one is to try to pick it up by the center leaf. If it pulls out, the pineapple is right.) 

So sweet... and yummy too

What a nice treat!🍍I'm in southern Calif with my mom. It's been busy cuz she can't do much for herself anymore. We had a nice talk yesterday about her days in Germany. She still remembers the war and things that happened to her as a child. Have a blessed week!!💜🙏 

All your kids are a bit younger, Andrew! 🤣 This pair is 18! I've got 7 young adults now (not counting the fiancé) either living here or coming and going at a frequent rate. Everybody contributes at least some! And a couple of them are amazing cooks! Best thing ever! Tom, it was extra special! Sometimes I've gotten up in the morning for work and one of my daughters had made me lunch to take of her amazing leftovers. It is crazy busy now, but I'll miss them all dreadfully when we have an empty nest!  

Hahah, 2melons, I'm paying the water bill for their very long showers! Does that count? 🤣Debbie, that is a good deal for sure! ginome and CrashtestDawnie, it was absolutely perfect ripeness... So much flavor! Diana, hug your mom close! She is so blessed to have a daughter like you. I know you are soaking up the special moments, but it is also stressful too. Blessings on you both! Erquiaga, as a mom, somehow it just makes the world feel so great and worth all the effort when kids show love back or you see their growth in love toward others! ❤️ 

Such a lovely gesture, and so delicious. Always loved having a house full of young people.
