Woke at 215.2, down .3 from yesterday. Rough night last night. I was up five times and lost all the good food I ate yesterday. G.I. doctor this Thursday. UPDATE: Still 215.2 at lunchtime. Ate some Greek yogurt with some berries and chocolate protein powder blended in. UPDATE 2: Weighed 215.8 at 5 pm.
