Woke at 216.0, down .2 from yesterday. Still had intestinal issues last night, which may have had to do with a relatively rich dinner. Going to continue eating a mild diet. UPDATE; Did some work outside and got to 215.5 by lunchtime. Took a nap later and got to 215.1 before dinner.

Hope you feel better and figure out what is going on. I always end up eating dry toast when I have those kinds of issues. My idea of a mild diet.

You have an incredible story! You username caught my eye. My husband and I are both car fanatics. I like how you tackled your goals. I am doing something very similar. Right now my goal is to get to 190lb. Then I will reset and work towards my goal of 160. Anyway, I greatly appreciate your post. Thank you 😊 🏎

Hope you feel better. And find out why you had the illenss. (Had one of those days yesterday. Needing pepto-bismol, napping, liquid diet, extremely naucous. and incredibly bad back pain). I can relate. ---Draglist you are meeting your goals. so proud of you.
