Draglist's Journal, 06 Aug 22

Woke at 221.9, down 1.8 from yesterday. I slept a lot yesterday, again taking a nap after work and then sleeping a full night. My resting heart rate remains in the high 50s. UPDATE: I was feeling fatigued again in the afternoon so I took another nap from 3 to 7 pm. Denise is officially worried. I might see the doctor on Monday but I am pretty jaded about them. Maybe some bloodwork will tell us something. Weighed 222.3 at 7 pm.

Thanks, Moopie. Lucky I guess, usually in the low 50s and often in the 40s but maybe that is why I can't burn off calories!
