Woke at 223.7, down .3 from yesterday. My strange weight reduction after my vacation is continuing. UPDATE: Got to 223.0 by lunchtime. I wonder if the different food during my vacation might have altered my gut microbiome. I'm happy with the slow, consistent loss either way. UPDATE 2: I took another nap after work and woke at 222.9. Ate another burger and a smoothie.
