Woke at 226.1, down 1.6 from yesterday. Day three of July FMD. UPDATE: Got to 225.7 before eating a late lunch. That was the low for the day. Going on vacation tomorrow, so I'm only going to get three days of FMD this month.

Thank you my friends ! This fasting mimicking diet is pretty great but really it just means eating veggies and nuts only from about 800 to 1000 cal a day. For a few days in a row.
