Woke at 223.2, down 3.7 from yesterday. I ate some veggies and a protein drink for OMAD last night. UPDATE: Got to 221.9 by 2 pm. Eating some grilled chicken breasts. UPDATE 2: Got to 221.7 by 6 pm. Opened a bottle of wine. Our friends arrive in the morning and we will enjoy two days with them.

Thank you, BB! They all just headed off to the DC zoo. They will return for me later and we will go out for come seafood on the bay near Annapolis.
