Look at 229.8, up .3 from yesterday after the Easter holiday. I did eat some candy and drank some red wine last night. Starting fasting today. I think I’m going to do an actual fast for a while and then do FMD next week. UPDATE: Fasted until 6:30 and ate a half cup of broccoli that Denise had left after making a casserole. Got to 227.4. Drank coffee, green tea, and sparkling water today.

Fasting mimicking diet — about 800 to 1100 cal a day eating nothing but vegetables, nuts, and a little bit of olive oil. I do it for give days each month.
