Woke at 226.1, up .9 from yesterday. Happy April! UPDATE: Got to 224.8 by dinnertime. Ate some things I've been holding off on, like PB&J on a low carb wrap and cheddar and ham on a low carb wrap. I added some tuna. The last meeting of the day definitely warranted some red wine! Have a great weekend!
