So I feel like a bloater, look like a bloater, moan like a bloater, eat like a pig feel shite about it all n do the same thing day in day out when does it register that it's only me that can sort it out ffs I need a wack on the head to knock some sense into me. I can't even say I have an excuse I'm just greedy 🙈😢

Heather my dearest …. Don’t be so hard on yourself pls I was the same for a life time …. Until I dug deep & started some self love it takes practice but you will get there in the end now I learned not to self loath or put myself down ok we over eat we are over weight so what weight doesn’t define who we are … this is what my Hero instils on making me understand we lose weight in order to feel good get healthy no? If dieting is a source of anxiety or self loathing then we should take a step back …. & really think is it what we want ? You are beautiful Heather so are you try try ♥️♥️♥️

Ur doing so well. don't b so hard on yourself. just try to focus each day and take each 1 as it cones. we all have our wobbles on a daily basis x

It sounds to me that your really frustrated of how this diet is going but I just want to say your not alone on this journey. It is incredibly frustrating and hard and filled with guilty moments x

Thank u everyone, my meals are great it's the night time I eat enough for 2, then think we'll messed today up n carry on eating rubbish, I buy things for my family's work pack up that I don't like n still eat it. Honestly I am like u say frustrated but cannot blame anyone but my self. As my husband says u do the shopping, u make the meals u choose to eat crap n while it stings what he says I appreciate he tells me the truth, just wish the words didn't bounce off my rhino skin 🤣🤣
