*happy dance* I have officially lost 30.6# since starting this. When I started I did not quite know how to navigate the site and did not have Atkins as my diet so the numbers look a little skewed. However, it is 30.6# and I am very proud of me!! Feeling better than I have in awhile...the way I used to feel. I am excited because I think I even found a belly dancing class here (I used to do it in Georgia and it was such fun and great exercise - I was slimmer then too). So that can be my reward.
