Paleo Judy's Journal, 02 Feb 22

So pleased to see that I've lost 6lbs in the last 7 days. Have mainly used Waitrose salads for lunch (e.g. Tuna Nicoise; Chicken Caesar; and Ham hock potato and egg) and Yorkshire Provender soups for dinner (particularly Chicken lentil and butternut squash). I'm in isolation with Covid at present, so every cloud has a silver lining!

Thank you Bubblegum. Good thing is they are products, so it gives me a template to replicate when I need it. I'm back where I started at the moment, so every little helps.
