Went with my friend to the local Leisure Centre yesterday. Gym looked very unfamiliar as hadn't been for ages. Went on the treadmill and rowing machine, then lifted some 3 kg dumbells and did some floor exercises. After that went swimming and spent some time in the sauna. Kept my foods under control by keeping to Yorkshire Provender soups. Have gained a lot of weight over Christmas and New Year, so was pleased to find I had lost 3.6 lbs in one day.
