Bit more info is that I used a recipe from the current Nov/Dec 2021 Slimming World magazine. Recipe is on pg 24 and it's for Smoked Tofu Kedgeree, but I substituted canned tuna for the tofu. Ingredients are: one onion, 2 courgettes, 2 red peppers, 2 garlic cloves, 1 dessertspoon paprika, 1 dessertspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons ground coriander, 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 2 packs Tilda basmati and wild rice, 2 cans tuna, 4 large eggs, 100 g frozen peas, dash of lemon juice with bit of extra salad. Can put on some chopped parsley, but I didn't have any available.

Oh I forgot, I also added about 12 halved cherry tomatoes to the pan. Fried with olive oil. Hard boiled eggs were quartered and I put on some salt and pepper.
