Woke at 218.3, down 1.6 from yesterday. Day four of November FMD. UPDATE: Weighed 218.8 after 16:8 but got really hungry today with low calories for several days. I ate every few hours throughout the afternoon, so I never got lower in weight. Let's see what the morning brings.
